Contact your insurance company and inform them of the loss or damage. They should take details of the claim from you, and they will arrange for a loss adjuster or appointed representative to act on their behalf and visit you to examine the damage or loss as well as validate your claim.

Contact Boxer Building Services and inform us of your claim. We will need to know your insurance company details and your policy number, so please have these to hand when you contact us. We will then arrange to visit you to assess the loss  or damage, and later, we will then arrange to meet the insurance loss adjuster at your property in order to agree the scope of work that needs to be carried-out.

We will then provide your insurance company with a full report and quotation, and we will deal with them directly to get the necessary works approved.
You need do nothing at all.

Once the work has been approved, we will instruct our own qualified trade's people to carry-out the agreed work. We will manage the whole project on your behalf to ensure that the work is completed to a high standard and in a professional and timely manner.
Again you need do nothing at all.

On completion of the work carried out, we will invoice your insurance company directly for the work. Payment will be sent directly to us, once we have informed them that the work has been completed to your satisfaction, and you have signed the standard satisfaction certificate..
